Party Bookings
Why not hold your party or celebration with us, to add that little bit extra to your special day?
We can cater for people of all ages from one to a hundred. We will only cater for one party per day so don't delay if you'd like a celebration with a difference.
Your party will start with a train ride - a 4 mile round trip along the railway in a suitably decorated reserved travel compartment on our train-with the birthday/celebration person having a cab ride with the driver-then at our other station at Eythorne the celebration person is presented with a card & badge by the driver & guard.
Upon arrival back at Shepherdswell the party/celebration moves to our static suitably decorated buffet railway carriages for the food & celebrations to take place
After the party there is time for the children to ride on the miniature railway (for a small donation to the operator) or for adults to have a tour around the site.

Buffet for Children:
£75 minimum for up to 16 children.
Each additional child £4 per head
(Includes party food, shop cake, banners, balloons and squash drinks)
Buffet for Adults:
£120 minimum for up to 16 adults.
Each additional Adult £6
(Includes party food, wine, shop cake, banners and balloons)
Additional costs for special train on an operating day:
Parties for children:
£80 for up to 20 children + 6 adults.
Additional child £2 per head
Additional adult £4 per head
Parties for adults:
£100 for up to 20 adults.
Additional adult £4 per head

£120 for up to 20 children + 6 adults.

Note: a 2nd train ride is possible on a non operating day for a further fee of £60
A minimum of 14 days notice is required along with a non-refundable deposit.We require a £50 deposit to cover the set up costs-this will be offset against the final invoice.
